Rosenbacken is a care and residential facility located in Själevad, approximately 7 kilometers south of Örnsköldsvik, with access to restaurants, shops, a health center, library, and bus stops. The facility, with 90 apartments distributed over three floors, offers beautiful views of the Moälven River and Själevad's outdoor recreation center. Responsibilities As a team member, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our residents. We work in a health-promoting manner with the goal of strengthening each individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone living with us has the opportunity to live life to the fullest. Your duties include personal care, contact person responsibilities, and social and physical activities together with our residents. We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life and a good environment for our residents. Working hours include day, evening, and weekend shifts. Qualifications We are looking for you if you are a nursing assistant or have other education or experience that the employer considers sufficient. We would be pleased if you have further education in elderly care and/or dementia or have a background in psychiatry. Experience working in care and health services is an advantage, as is a driver's license (class B) and access to your own car. It is important that you enjoy working with people and are flexible and receptive to new ideas and ways of working. Good knowledge of Swedish in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension is a requirement for contact with service users/relatives, for documentation, and to obtain medication delegation. During the interview, we will conduct an identity check and verify citizenship. Accepted documents are passport, international ID card, driver's license + personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency, or other ID documents that verify citizenship. For some positions, a certificate from the police's suspicion and criminal register is required. We would welcome language skills in Finnish and/or any of the Sámi varieties, as Örnsköldsvik municipality is part of both Finnish and Sámi administrative areas. In our municipality, a number of positions are classified as security-sensitive, so security vetting may be conducted. These positions may require Swedish citizenship.
