About the Swedish Prison and Probation Service The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating existing ones, and expanding our operations. The Information Governance and Development Section is responsible for governance and development within the information management field. The Swedish Prison and Probation Service faces significant digital transformation work and needs to improve information management efficiency to meet the challenges ahead. Job Description The work will largely consist of participating in and/or leading various assignments and projects related to the development and digitalization of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's information management, on behalf of the section. You will help build structure, develop our work methods, and improve how we work with information, documentation, data quality, and regulatory compliance within the organization. You will also work on enabling activities to facilitate digitalization, the use of AI, and more. The work takes place in close collaboration with other business development managers, management leaders, and archivists within the unit. You will also collaborate with other functions and operations within the agency.
