Work Tasks The work tasks consist of reviewing and assessing IT systems and IT security-enhancing products based on associated system documentation and applicable regulations. This is done to control their security capabilities, threats and risks to these systems, and confidence in the technical implementation. The work tasks also include formulating and writing required documents regarding review and assessment of IT systems. As an IT security specialist, you will also make site visits and participate in security inspections at various locations. You will provide support and give guidance on IT security matters, and work proactively with regulatory changes and guidelines within various technical areas. In your work, you follow applicable laws, regulations, and ethical principles to best manage and protect information with high security quality. Qualifications - We are looking for someone with several years of documented experience in IT and information security and solid technical IT competence. - You have good technical understanding as the work tasks largely consist of analyzing control documents and technical review reports. - You have deep knowledge of information security regarding evaluating vulnerabilities and proposing protective measures. - University degree or competence and experience that the employer deems equivalent. - Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. - Good collaboration skills. - Valid driver's license for passenger vehicles. Meritorious - Good knowledge of IT architecture, employed or have been employed by the Armed Forces, familiar with the agency and the regulations governing the Armed Forces and total defense. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured, and thorough with good analytical ability. You are motivated by working at a fast pace in a changing environment. The position requires a high level of security awareness. Ability to quickly switch between planned and event-driven tasks with the ability to quickly grasp a problem that arises on short notice.
