Registered Dietitian at OAK Health & Performance

Do you want to be part of something from the beginning and help create one of Stockholm's most modern rehabilitation centers? OAK Health & Performance is launching a new primary care rehabilitation program under Region Stockholm's patient choice model in fall 2026. We are now seeking a dedicated and registered dietitian who wants to help build this operation with us. At OAK, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team where physical therapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians work closely together to provide patients with integrated, evidence-based, and person-centered rehabilitation. About the Position As a dietitian at OAK Health & Performance, you will assess, treat, and follow up with patients who need nutritional therapy and lifestyle changes. Common patient groups include individuals with: • Overweight and obesity • Diabetes and prediabetes • Cardiovascular disease • Gastrointestinal disorders • Malnutrition and nutritional problems • Diet-related conditions related to rehabilitation Your work will include both individual clinic visits and group activities. You will also be part of our home rehabilitation team, where you'll conduct team assessments and rehabilitation interventions in patients' homes alongside a physical therapist and occupational therapist when needed. You'll have great opportunities to influence how the operation develops, patient flows, and work methods together with the rest of the team. The position starts October 1, 2026. What We're Looking For • You are a registered dietitian • You have several years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, rehabilitation, or other outpatient settings • You have a genuine interest in nutrition, behavior change, and lifestyle medicine • You work based on evidence and put the patient's goals and needs at the center • You enjoy working both independently and in close collaboration with other professionals • You have good digital skills and experience with electronic health records • You are dedicated, humble, and want to help develop an operation from the ground up Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
