About the Position As a nursing assistant at Vima Vård & Omsorg, you will work within home care in Haninge. Our customers are located in the surrounding area and we travel between assignments on foot, by bicycle, or by car. Your Responsibilities In your role as a nursing assistant, you have a central function in our customers' daily lives. You work with a person-centered approach and help strengthen the customer's independence, safety, and quality of life. Your main responsibilities are to: Provide support in daily life and perform personal care. Promote social community, participation, and well-being. Manage customer relationships and participate in care planning as a contact person. Document, follow up, and ensure that services are provided according to assistance decisions and applicable guidelines. Contribute to developing and maintaining high-quality care. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has completed nursing assistant training. Holds a B-class driver's license. Has experience working in home care. Is experienced with documentation and has worked with municipal activity systems and implementation plans. Speaks Swedish fluently, both orally and in writing.
