About the Job Social Worker or equivalent educational background – We're looking for you to be part of our team. About the Job We're seeking an engaged and responsible person with a social work degree or equivalent education. In this role, you will work closely with both clients and colleagues to create a safe and supportive environment for the individuals placed with us. The work tasks are varied and include: Support conversations and safety conversations – You provide emotional support and security to people in vulnerable situations. Practical daily support – Help clients create structure in their daily lives through practical interventions. Support with government contacts – Assist with applications, meetings, and contact with social services, schools, healthcare, and other public agencies. Safe and responsible support for children. Documentation – Keep detailed notes and reports according to company guidelines. Client transportation for placement – Travel within Sweden to ensure clients arrive safely. Who Are You? We're looking for you with experience working with people in difficult life situations. You are a safe and stable person with a natural ability to build trust. Your calm demeanor and attentiveness allow you to adapt your approach to each individual and situation. We believe that you: Have a positive attitude and see opportunities in challenges Are flexible and adapt well to changing circumstances Have a good understanding of the boundary between being personal and private Are proactive and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team Are not hesitant to handle both administrative and practical tasks – we all help with whatever needs to be done Meritorious Experience and Knowledge: Previous work with government authority exercise within social services Knowledge of VINR (Violence in Close Relationships) and HRV (Honor-Related Violence) Experience with MI (Motivational Interviewing) and other conversation methods Knowledge of risk assessments such as Freda, SARA, Patriark, HEVA Requirements: Driver's License Category B Employment Terms Full-time, daytime hours Scheduled weekly on-call duty – certain weeks involve telephone on-call from home, travel to pick up clients throughout Sweden, and the ability to respond and provide support on-site for acute needs.
