Salong Belle is a growing beauty clinic in Jönköping and we are now looking for a Clinic Coordinator & Beauty Therapist who wants to become a key person in our business.
This is not a traditional therapist role. We are looking for someone who wants to combine your work as a beauty therapist with operational responsibility for the day-to-day running of the clinic. You will still work with treatments, but you will also be the person the team turns to in daily operations and who ensures that the clinic runs smoothly, even when the owners are not on site.

About the Position
As a Clinic Coordinator & Beauty Therapist, you will have a varied role combining direct customer treatments with greater responsibility for daily operations.
You will perform advanced aesthetic treatments, provide professional consultations, and help our clients achieve their goals. At the same time, you will be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that the team has the right conditions to deliver top-class service.
Your Responsibilities
As a beauty therapist, you will, among other things:
Perform aesthetic treatments such as Hydrafacial, Plasma Pen, Microneedling, EMT, teeth whitening, and other treatments in our offering.
Conduct consultations and create individual treatment plans.
Recommend products and treatments based on client needs.
Ensure a professional, safe, and high-quality customer experience.
Contribute to marketing by participating in photo and video content for our social media.
As a clinic coordinator, you will:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Plan and schedule staff and ensure adequate staffing.
Be the first point of contact for employees regarding absences, schedule changes, and other personnel-related matters.
Independently handle staffing situations by reassigning shifts or calling in replacements as needed – without requiring owner involvement in daily operations.
Introduce, support, and guide new employees.
Ensure the clinic maintains high quality, good order, and an excellent customer experience.
Contribute to developing routines, workflows, and business operations together with the owners.
Function as a coordinating link between the team and owners and create a positive work environment.

Has good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Has an active interest in social media and feels comfortable being in photo and video content.
Meritorious Experience
It is advantageous if you have experience with:
Hydrafacial
Plasma Pen
Microneedling
EMT
Laser treatments or other advanced aesthetic treatments
Scheduling or team management
Sales and customer consultation
