The Native Language Unit's mission is to provide Gotland's primary and secondary schools, both municipal and independent, with native language teachers and study guides in high-demand languages. The Radiology Clinic is seeking a medical secretary to join our team. We offer a varied role at a clinic with both acute and scheduled visits. With us, you will have an important role in contact with patients and referring physicians. Medical secretaries at the Radiology Clinic work in different departments and you will have the opportunity to rotate between them based on needs and competence. Your work with us will be highly varied and include appointment scheduling, telephone contact with patients, and reception work. The work also includes image transfer using various techniques to and from patients, other hospitals, or remote reviewers in other countries. In this way, you are an important link in the care chain. Your future workplace We are a medium-sized clinic with both breadth and specialization within our different professions. We are just over 100 employees, including 13 medical secretaries, who in different ways contribute to developing, disseminating and implementing new knowledge within our acute and elective examinations. We work in different departments with CT, plain radiography, MRI, angiography, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, mammography and to some extent PET-CT. Work is also underway to expand MRI diagnostics.
