We have locations in multiple places in Sweden, and for the facilities where we are now recruiting, it is an advantage if you live in Södermanland or Västmanland and the surrounding areas. We are looking for full-time staff as well as staff as needed on weekends and weekdays! Staff seeking part-time work would ideally have studies in social/pedagogical work as their main occupation. The work primarily involves support and safety conversations but also a lot of childcare, practical support, client transportation, documentation, etc. On weekends, the focus is on various shared activities with families! You need to have at least one year of work experience in social/pedagogical work, and it is meritorious if you have previously worked with children since there is considerable childcare and conversations/activities with children. As a person, you are therefore child-loving, empathetic, and passionate about helping others. Furthermore, you are flexible, proactive, and can work independently. You understand the difference between being personal and private. B-class driver's license (there will be quite a bit of driving), access to your own car, and the ability to speak and write good Swedish are requirements. As full-time staff, you also have on-call duty at home one week per month. Your working hours are set during daytime on weekdays, but work in the evenings and weekends may also occur.
