About the Workplace At Center 2, our office is centrally located at Malmögatan 25A, and we work with customers living in Eneborg, Olympia, and Slottshöjden. You work from the unit's office and travel by car or bicycle (if it's not within walking distance) between different customers, following a work schedule. Job Duties With a health-promoting approach, you provide care by offering personal support based on individual needs and conditions in customers' homes, which are equipped with digital locks. As a nursing assistant, you primarily work independently and provide care through personal nursing, support with meals, and social interaction, among other things. You perform tasks delegated by nurses, physiotherapists, or occupational therapists, such as training activities, medication handling, and wound dressing. We work as a team with various professionals. We work with fixed care contacts, and your duties also include documentation. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant and has proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare, or can certify that you had a permanent employment position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. You have basic computer skills and documentation experience. You should be comfortable working with various digital tools and have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You are willing and able to cycle while on duty. If you have experience working as a nursing assistant and are familiar with Appva, LifeCare, TES, Senior Alert, BPSD Registry, and have worked with Stjärnmärkt, that is a major plus. It is also advantageous if you have special training in palliative care, cognitive decline, or psychiatry. A B-driver's license is also an asset for the position.
