About the Operation The Stroke and Rehabilitation Department belongs to the Primary Care Area North and is one of three medical departments at Örnsköldsvik Hospital. The department specializes in acute stroke care and geriatric rehabilitation as well as other acute medical emergency care. You will work in a team with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and dietitians. We offer introduction and some training when you start with us, and you will gain broad knowledge in medical emergency care. You ensure that planning, implementation, and follow-up maintain high quality and that work is driven forward according to mandate. You: · coordinate contact with social services, schools, and other stakeholders · ensure that correct information is available in case files · are responsible for documentation, analysis, and assessments · lead, distribute, and follow up on the team's daily work · ensure that implementation plans are followed and deadlines are met · support colleagues in ongoing cases and can make decisions when necessary · actively contribute to structure and development in the operation The role involves both operational work in daily activities and clear responsibility for the overall picture. We are looking for you who · has a behavioral science university education at least at bachelor's level · has experience from HVB, social services, or similar operations · has good knowledge of documentation and social law · expresses yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish It is advantageous if you have experience in management or coordination.
