We're now looking for three committed employees for our swimming pools. These are temporary positions for the year, but there is potential for a longer-term employment. With us, you'll work in an important operation where safety, service, and human interaction are in focus. To apply, you need to: Be at least 18 years old Have a valid B driver's license Have passed a swimming test, such as Guldbojen Have completed upper secondary education or equivalent qualification If you have previously worked at a swimming pool and/or have experience running swim lessons, that is a merit. As pool staff, you have a key role in ensuring safety, well-being, and security for our visitors. The role is broad and includes: Pool supervision and lifeguard duties Cashier work and customer service Cleaning and maintenance of facilities and equipment Independent work with your own responsibility You should be comfortable working independently, making your own decisions, have good initiative, be service-oriented, and be able to interact with people in various situations.
