BGA was founded in 1993 as a small family business in Gävle and is today one of Europe's fastest-growing e-commerce companies specializing in frames, posters, and photo products – with over 100 employees, our own frame workshop, and stores throughout Sweden. Our headquarters is located in Gävle, where we also operate BGA Fotocenter (photo development, enlargements, and ID photos) and BGA Videoproduction (digitization of 8mm film, videotapes, and slides). With us, you'll help customers preserve and showcase their most precious memories. About the Role We're now looking for a team member for our production department and retail store in Gävle. This is a three-year temporary position, as one of our employees will be pursuing further studies. The role is varied, and you'll work both behind the scenes and directly with customers. Your main responsibilities: Scan and edit images in our production department Work in the store and help customers with: Custom orders for frames and mats Orders for photo development and enlargements Driver's license and ID photography Reception of video projects (digitization of 8mm film, VHS, and slides) Who Are You? You have strong computer skills, preferably with experience in Photoshop or similar image editing software You are service-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers You learn quickly and adapt easily to new tasks An interest in photography and imagery is a major plus We place great importance on personal qualities – the right attitude matters more than a perfect resume.
