We are now looking for an administrator for a temporary position where you will become part of our team consisting of five secretaries. Together you form an important administrative support for the operation. Knislinge Health Center is one of two health centers in Östra Göinge Municipality and has on several occasions been named one of the best health centers in Skåne. It is a well-functioning and stable unit with approximately 9000 registered patients and about 45 employees. We place the patient at the center and strive to offer good, close and secure care with consideration. Through interprofessional collaboration, we work for high accessibility and the best possible care for our patients. Here five specialist doctors, five ST doctors and a varying number of AT and BT doctors work. Furthermore, we have eleven district nurses/nurses, five nursing assistants, three physiotherapists and have a psychosocial team. We also have BVC and Familjens Hus in new fine facilities. At the health center there is a doctor's clinic, district nurse clinic, clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, heart failure, lifestyle and an elderly care clinic. We are also responsible for two of the municipality's elderly care facilities. 1 position(s). DUTIES With us you work with customary tasks for an administrator. This involves a variety of different administrative tasks such as staffing the reception, digital e-services, telephone staffing, document scanning and IT issues. You and your colleagues share responsibility for ensuring that daily work runs smoothly and together you have an important role in maintaining high patient safety. Work as an administrator is very varied and the pace is sometimes high. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you who have completed upper secondary education and experience in reception and administrative work. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. It is meritorious if you have previous work experience from primary care. You are thorough and structured as a person and for you it is important to have good patient interaction in focus. You are confident in your professional role and have an easy time collaborating with other professional categories, but are also comfortable working independently. Furthermore, we see that you are solution-focused and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You are positive to improvement work and want to be part of our development.
