Your role also includes planning, evaluating, and improving support for the individuals. This includes, among other things, participating in the development of implementation plans, writing and updating job descriptions, and ongoing documentation. In your work, you collaborate with the user's network such as guardians and family members. You will work with nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists. Delegated health and medical care services and health and medical care documentation are part of your responsibilities. Qualifications To succeed in the position as a support assistant, you have a Children and Leisure, Care and Health program or other educational training that the employer deems equivalent. The position requires that you have experience with LSS operations or adapted primary school, and people with autism. Very meritorious is knowledge of and experience with AAC (alternative and augmentative communication), clarifying pedagogy, and low-affect interaction. You need to be confident and secure in your role as a support assistant and have the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
