Work Tasks The work essentially involves providing service to our customers before and after their journey. This includes selling tickets and informing about our travel conditions, as well as taking care of our passengers when something goes wrong. In other words, you will be an important part of our customer interactions. You will also work in our customer service where you are the customer's first contact via phone and chat. Your main task is to provide correct and up-to-date travel information and to answer questions about public transportation. You will work alternately in all of our customer service stores. Your main location is Falkenberg, but work also occurs in Varberg and Halmstad. Working hours vary and weekend service is included. Some work involves working alone. As a temporary employee, we can never guarantee how many shifts you will receive. However, experience shows that between two and three shifts per week is normal. The temporary position will begin with full-time training so you feel confident and secure with your tasks. Therefore, during the training period, you must be able to work full-time, Monday-Friday, for approximately 4 weeks starting in week 16. Qualifications With us, you will have an important role in a team working to make travel easier for our customers. We are looking for someone who: • Has upper secondary education • Has very good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English • Has a good ability to quickly absorb and act on information and questions from customers • Is familiar with digital systems and has an easy time navigating multiple tools simultaneously As a person, you are: • A team player who collaborates and communicates clearly • Calm and confident – even when the pace is high • Relationship-building and attentive in interactions with different parties and customers • Organized, responsible, and solution-focused • Unpretentious and ready to pitch in where needed We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
