You will be responsible for planning and developing the pedagogical activities at the after-school program, and participate in collaboration focused on students' learning and development throughout the entire school day. Your tasks include close cooperation between school and after-school program. Together with your colleagues, you will participate in various development projects aimed at developing the entire program with students' safety and learning in focus. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is trained as an after-school program teacher/recreational pedagogue. Subject qualifications in primary school and good experience in pedagogical work within primary school and after-school programs are merits. You have a positive attitude where enthusiasm and curiosity for learning are self-evident. You are flexible and accustomed to independently planning your work, you are solution-oriented and have a good ability to view situations from a holistic perspective. You are clear, confident, and creative, and have the ability to inspire our students. You enjoy collaborating in a team and share your experiences for collegial learning that contributes to development at individual, group, and organizational levels. Together with your colleagues, you work to create a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment for students. You need to be able to work independently and in a team, have good social skills, be responsible and engaging. You need to be solution-oriented and see the development possibilities in each child.
