Qualifications We're looking for someone with a folk high school diploma in recreation leadership or other relevant post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent, combined with experience working with our target group. It's important that you have experience with and knowledge of various types of disabilities and knowledge of adapted measures to make the environment accessible for our target group. You're also engaged and good at building relationships, and have the ability to connect with young people in a simple and natural way.
