We are in a growth and development phase where together we build toward an even stronger and more sustainable operation, and we are now looking for you who wants to be part of our journey. With us, you get the opportunity to contribute your experience, your dedication, and your positive energy. Your responsibilities With us, we communicate using sign language (which we offer internal training in) or adapt our communication in other ways based on the individual's needs. You will be part of a work team where you together work to create a safe, meaningful, and developmental everyday life for each individual. With us, collaboration is key. We believe that we become better when we share knowledge, support each other, and work toward common goals. Your task is to provide individually adapted support based on the person's needs, wishes, and circumstances. This may include support in everyday activities such as personal care, intimate hygiene, medication if needed, and household management. You will also participate in the individual's activities, for example daily outings and other social activities. Through your dedication and conduct, you contribute to the individual's independence, participation, and self-determination. The work involves situations that require patience, adaptability, and the ability to maintain composure. Therefore, you need to be able to work with a calm demeanor, be attentive to the individual's signals, and adapt your approach based on the situation. Together with your colleagues, you work to find solutions and create the best possible support for the individual. About you We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education, preferably in care and health, child and leisure, or equivalent.
