You lead the operations management group consisting of group managers and unit managers, and together with them and other professionals in the organization, you conduct active quality and development work for the residents' benefit. You also nurture and develop relationships with employees, residents, and their families in the operations. You maintain good relationships with relevant authorities. You report to the Regional Manager and are part of their management group, and you have budget and profit responsibility for the operations. About Villa Fornudden In the beautiful natural setting of Fornuddsparken in Trollbäcken, Tyresö, Vardaga operates a modern elderly care home with 60 places. The facility provides permanent places for people with dementia or with greater care needs/somatic conditions. The operations are dementia-certified according to Silviahemmet and maintains high quality in the care and support provided to residents. Good knowledge levels are maintained through an annual competency development plan for each employee and training initiatives both on-site and externally. Villa Fornudden also offers good digital opportunities such as access to tablets, VR technology, and equipment for video calls. You have relevant higher education in care and health services (such as social worker, nurse, social care) and experience in elderly care. You also have several years of documented experience in management positions and good references regarding leadership. All Operations Managers participate in our leadership program where you have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills through our training organization Lära. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Other Information Salary: We apply individual salary setting.
