At our clinic in Helsingborg, we see children and young people up to 19 years old with hearing problems as well as adults with hearing loss combined with other ear diseases. Here we work with standard hearing diagnostics, specialized diagnostics including balance assessments, as well as hearing habilitation and rehabilitation. Hearing diagnostics within ear, nose, and throat services in Ängelholm are part of the Audiology Clinic in Helsingborg. The position is therefore based in Helsingborg, but involves regular work a few days per month in Ängelholm. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS With us, you are offered varied and developmental work where you become an important part of an engaged team. You meet patients of different ages and work with both diagnostics and rehabilitation, which means no two days are the same. Work tasks include, among others: • hearing diagnostics and specialized diagnostics • hearing diagnostics of newborns, children, and young people • hearing habilitation and rehabilitation for children, young people, and adults • rehabilitation of patients with medically or surgically treatable conditions • mentoring of audiology students • other occurring work tasks within audiological services. You work closely with both internal and external partners within Region Skåne and the municipalities to create the best possible care for patients. Working hours are during daytime, Monday through Friday. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you who are a licensed audiologist with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. If you have experience in pediatric audiology and/or specialized diagnostics, we see this as meritorious. Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required. You have good computer skills and it is meritorious if you have experience with systems such as AuditBase, Noah, Melior, WebPasis, and Visma To thrive with us, you are confident in your professional role and have a professional demeanor.
