We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our fast-growing AI tech company. At Lingio, we develop accessible and effective language education using methods such as gamification, micro-learning, and AI. We are driven by the conviction that language is one of the most important keys to integration, inclusion, and personal development. Now we are looking for you who want to be part of transforming how people learn languages, strengthen their skills, and open doors to new opportunities. Welcome to Lingio – where business, innovation, and real social impact go hand in hand. About the Role Here you get the opportunity to lead one of Lingio's most important functions. The foundation is in place, the team is experienced, and the ambitions are high. The goal now is to take the next step and further develop the sales organization to create scalable and long-term growth. You lead a team of four senior Account Executives and three SDRs and have overall responsibility for both New Sales and Account Management – from winning new customers to developing existing ones through upsell and creating the right conditions for long-term customer relationships and renewals. As Head of Sales, you are both operational and strategic. You set direction, develop ways of working, and create the conditions for skilled salespeople to become even better. At the same time, you lead closely with the business. When a strategically important customer needs to be won, the potential in an existing customer needs to be realized, or a new market is opening, you step in. Our customers are found in both municipalities and regions as well as private companies, which means different decision-making processes, sales cycles, and ways of doing business. Your experience in the public sector means you understand its pace and complexity and know how to navigate that world with both patience and business drive. You are also part of Lingio's management team, working closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to develop the entire customer journey and create growth in both new and existing customers. Your gaze is also directed forward – toward new verticals and the opportunity to eventually take Lingio to more countries and markets. And of course, there is still that strong satisfaction in getting a really good deal across the finish line. You come from a B2B SaaS environment where structure, methodology, and follow-up are an integral part of sales. You understand funnel, pipeline, and revenue, but above all the people behind the numbers. With a data-driven approach, you see what works, what needs to change, and where your team's time makes the biggest difference. As a leader, you are confident in leading and developing salespeople with different experiences, drives, and needs. You adapt your leadership to both the individual and the situation without micromanaging. You build trust by contributing, challenging, and rolling up your sleeves yourself when needed. You handle a fast pace and changing circumstances with calm, a solution-focused approach, and the ability to drive both yourself and your team forward. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in B2B sales in a SaaS environment At least 5 years of experience as Head of Sales or equivalent leadership role with personnel and salary-setting responsibility Previous experience managing your own sales budget of at least 5 MSEK ARR per year Experience driving complex deals with long sales cycles and senior decision-makers Experience working with companies and municipalities, regions, or other public sector organizations Strong business and revenue understanding and experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing Experience working data-driven, setting and following up on KPIs Interest in AI and how new technology can be used to develop ways of working, customer experience, and team efficiency Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written About Lingio Lingio is a fast-growing edtech company with approximately 30 employees and a clear mission: to make language learning and skills development simple, effective, and inclusive. Support Assistant at Kastanjetten – Be Part of It from the Start!
New facilities. New energy. New colleagues. And the chance to actually make an impact. Kastanjetten has reopened after extensive renovations. Now we're building on the operations and shaping the team that will take Kastanjetten forward. You won't be arriving when everything is already finished. You get to help create it. Here, a completely ordinary workday can become quite unusual Kastanjetten is a short-term residence for children and young adults up to 21 years old with, among other things, autism and intellectual disabilities. Here, laughter, activities, and outings blend with everyday routines, care, and situations that require both patience and creativity. Sometimes it's full speed. Sometimes you're the one who needs to slow things down. And quite often, the day doesn't go quite as you expected when you arrived at work. That's kind of the point. You're close to the children and young adults and provide support based on their specific needs. This can involve communication, activities and structure, but also personal care, meals, medication, tube feeding, and support with epilepsy. Some need a lot of help. Others manage a lot on their own. No two are alike. We think you'll like this job if… …you enjoy when things happen and thrive with varied pace. …you can be yourself and bring others along with you. …you'd rather find a solution than get stuck on something not going as planned. …you see what needs to be done and take initiative. …you can have fun at work while also understanding when a situation requires full focus. And maybe most importantly: You're interested in the person behind the behavior. You don't need to come to us knowing everything. What's important is that you want to learn, develop, and contribute. You have relevant education in, for example, care and support, pedagogy, or disability services, or alternatively other education that we consider equivalent. Previous experience with LSS, autism, intellectual disabilities, AAC, visual supports, or challenging behavior is a plus. You need to have good Swedish in speech and writing and be able to document your work. This is not an 8–5 job The children and young adults come to us when they're off from school. That's why we work when they need us. This means varying working hours with day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts. In return, you get a job where the days look different and where you rarely have to wonder if what you do matters. You're coming in as we're building We've moved back to our newly renovated facilities and right now you have an opportunity that won't be available forever. Work methods will be developed. A team will grow. Activities will be created. Ideas will be tested. If you start now, you get to help shape things. We want to create a place where children and young adults look forward to returning, where families feel secure, and where we who work here enjoy our jobs and are proud of what we do. And yes, the practical matters too With us you get introduction and training when you start, skills development through Nytida's training organization Lära, wellness allowance, shoe allowance, benefits portal, and collective bargaining agreement. There's also opportunity to develop further within Nytida. Kastanjetten is centrally located in Täby with good transport links and Roslags Näsby station nearby. It's easy to reach us even without a car. Employment: Permanent with six months probation Working hours: Day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts Salary: Individual salary setting Contact persons: Group Leader Moa Nilsson - [email protected] Operations Manager Josephine Anemar Bojfors - [email protected] Will you be part of this? You don't need to write the world's most perfect application. Tell us who you are, why you think Kastanjetten would suit you, and what you'd like to contribute. We'll take it from there when we meet. We're conducting interviews on an ongoing basis and look forward to meeting our new colleagues.

You work thoroughly and goal-oriented and can make well-reasoned assessments. You act professionally and with high integrity. To thrive and succeed in the role, it is important that you share our values regarding the equal worth of all people, respect for the individual, and belief in people's willingness and ability to change and develop. You have an understanding that people's backgrounds, cultures, and experiences affect both themselves and their surroundings. Through your conduct, you contribute to ensuring that everyone is treated equally. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who has: An academic degree, at minimum bachelor's level in social science, preferably in behavioral science, criminology, law, or social work Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is also a merit to have: Work experience in criminal justice, client-facing work, law, social care, psychiatry, or health and care work. Internships and volunteer work are not equivalent to employment Experience working in probation services or other case-handling client-facing roles within the criminal justice system Experience with CBT methods, motivational interviewing (MI), and execution planning (VSP) Experience with investigation work with a focus on risk and needs assessments Experience with government operations and case management Experience in security work Current experience with in-person client meetings Other Information The Swedish Prison and Probation Service has chosen to remove the cover letter and replaced it with selection questions that are relevant to the position.
