The clinic is well-planned and fully equipped with: 2 treatment rooms, waiting room, sterilization area, reception and administrative spaces, kitchen/staff room, laundry room with washer, dryer, and shower. Job Responsibilities You lead and distribute work for staff You work clinically as a dentist Staff responsibility, goals and development dialogue, and salary conversations Recruitment as needed Ensure that staff has sufficient knowledge and work with skills development Responsibility for the work environment Qualifications Licensed dentist 3-5 years of work experience Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written When you join as a co-owner, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic. To assist you, Praktikertjänst has a network of specialists in various areas such as safety, legal, HR, real estate, administration, finance, IT and telecommunications, quality, communications, procurement, pensions, and environment. As part of the role, you are responsible for the clinic's results, which means you create a budget and are accountable for the financial outcome. The structure ensures high quality and service, which is confirmed annually through measurements from, for example, SKL and Svenskt kvalitetsindex.
