In this role, you will be part of the applications team, which consists of just over ten employees with specialist expertise in ERP and business systems. The applications team works closely together on assignments and continuously shares knowledge to ensure high quality and strong delivery capability in every project. Responsibilities As an ERP Consultant, you will participate in and drive projects within the ERP field, with a primary focus on Oracle ERP Cloud and NetSuite. The work includes both implementation of new systems and further development of existing solutions for both new and existing customers. You will have close customer dialogue to understand their needs and requirements – and ensure that projects reach their goals. Assignments vary in both size and complexity, from smaller projects where you work broadly across multiple process areas, to larger implementations where you are involved in process mapping, analyzing the current state, and developing a target vision for the solution. Customers vary in size. Larger customers typically involve long-term specialist projects, while smaller assignments can be driven in parallel, usually in close collaboration within the team. • Participate in and drive both small and large ERP projects, primarily within Oracle ERP Cloud and NetSuite • Act as a link between customer needs and the technical solution • Process mapping, implementation, and customization of system solutions Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities At least three years of relevant experience working with ERP applications, either as a consultant or in an operational role in accounting, controlling, or similar Post-secondary education in economics, IT, systems science, or a related field Merits include experience with ERP systems, primarily Oracle NetSuite, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft, SAP, and Infor Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written To thrive in this role, it is important that you have high motivation and a strong drive.
