The Contact Management unit enables customer interactions at the Swedish Public Employment Service. We serve job seekers, employers, and internal case handlers. About the Unit Must headquarters supports C Must and coordinates operations so that C Must can effectively exercise its functional and operational responsibility both within the Swedish Armed Forces and in total defense. You will be part of the duty officer function, which is part of the coordination section at Must headquarters. The duty officer function is a Must-wide resource consisting of engaged and competent colleagues with different backgrounds and skills who complement each other. Main Duties As an Intelligence and Security Officer at the Must duty officer function, service during regular office hours is part of maintaining Must's basic readiness.
