With us, you will be responsible for projects where quality, collaboration, and good planning are critical. You will lead a small team of 2–5 electricians and be the natural link between the electricians on site and the project manager. This role suits both you who already work as a leading electrician and you who have the experience, drive, and ambition to take the step into a leadership role.
Your daily work
You will mainly work with lighting installations in schools, office buildings, shops, and other commercial facilities. The projects include both new installations, modernizations, and energy efficiency upgrades of existing lighting systems. There will also be other types of projects beyond lighting work. Examples include new residential construction, electrical panel replacements, etc.
As a leading electrician, you are responsible for ensuring that work proceeds according to plan, that the team has the right conditions, and that installations maintain high quality.
Job responsibilities
In this role, you will, among other things:
Lead and support a team of 2–5 electricians
Plan daily production together with the project manager
Perform electrical installations and electrical panel connections
Install and commission lighting systems
Ensure that installations are carried out according to drawings and applicable regulations
Handle self-inspections, documentation, and project administration
Coordinate material deliveries and work tasks
Be the project manager's contact person on site
Contribute to a safe, structured, and pleasant work environment
We are looking for you who
Are a trained installation electrician
Have a valid ECY certificate
Have several years of experience in electrical installation
Have good experience reading drawings and working independently
Hold a B-class driver's license
Master Swedish in speech and writing
If you have already worked as a leading electrician, that is a merit. We also welcome you if you feel ready to take the next step and want to develop within work leadership.
As a person, you are solution-oriented, communicative, and enjoy creating structure. You are comfortable taking responsibility and find it easy to collaborate with both electricians, project managers, and customers.
