About the Assignment We at Novare are a proud and approved supplier of the state framework agreement in Sweden. We are now looking for a communications officer for Kammarkollegiet in Stockholm. As a communications officer at the authority, you will become part of the development and communications department with a focus on communication around the General Inheritance Fund. You will contribute with both strategic and operational communication support and work closely with the Inheritance Fund Department. Together, you will plan, implement, and follow up on communication initiatives for civil society and other target groups that can seek support from the fund. The position includes advisory work, message development, and content production for web, social media, and campaigns. You will be part of a team with broad communication expertise and have the opportunity to contribute to developing and tailoring communication to target groups. For this role, we are looking for someone who is communicative and collaborative. You are confident in your knowledge and have the ability to work in a target-group-adapted manner. We also see that you are responsive and take initiative. Requirements for the Position relevant academic education or equivalent current experience planning, implementing, and following up communication initiatives current experience with assignments in the public sector current and very good ability to formulate clear and accessible messages to different target groups current experience producing content for digital channels and social media current experience working in Adobe, for example content production with Adobe Express and/or image editing in Adobe Photoshop good knowledge of plain language and legislation governing communication in public operations Meritorious Requirements for the Position has led larger campaigns and/or larger events Assignment Period and Scope The assignment is full-time, 100% with planned start 2026-10-01 and initially runs for 6 months, with the possibility of a 2-year extension. The work location is at the authority in Gamla Stan, with the possibility of some remote work.
