Product Manager for Contact Management at the Swedish Public Employment Service

The Contact Management unit enables customer interactions at the Swedish Public Employment Service. We serve job seekers, employers, and internal case handlers. We deliver system support to facilitate and streamline contact between job seekers and employers with the Swedish Public Employment Service. Would you like to join us? Section Mission The Contact Management section is responsible for everything related to contact centers, booking meetings, booking interpreters, video meetings, and more. This responsibility is distributed across 2 different products, Spontaneous and Scheduled Contact, which you will be responsible for. As Product Manager, you will drive the work on the entire product lifecycle together with the Product Area Manager and Product Owner as your closest partners. A product's lifecycle includes operations/management, further development, new development, and discontinuation/replacement. You will work in close dialogue with other products, stakeholders, and partners within and outside the agency. Job Description In your role you will: - Drive change, transition, and serve as an ambassador for our digital transformation. - Communicate the product's vision, target image, and strategy. - Develop product plans with prioritized impacts/benefits and delivery strategy. - In dialogue with the budget-responsible manager, make forecasts, follow-ups, and financial analyses. - Work with the product's entire delivery including operations, development, and lifecycle management. - Ensure that the product complies with regulations, laws, and directives. - Be responsible for identifying challenges, conducting improvement work, and coordinating with products/product areas and other parts of the operations that are part of the same flow. - Monitor SLA and release policy of all IT support belonging to the product. - Be responsible for handling incidents: decide on handling and possible escalation of incidents. - Continuously monitor benefits and user experience within the product. - Ensure forums for dialogue and cooperation with relevant stakeholders. - Be responsible for ensuring that implementation and change management related to the product are carried out. Basic Requirements for the Position - At least 5 years of experience leading business-oriented IT development projects from initiation to implementation and delivery - University education in a relevant field, for example systems science, civil engineering, or work experience equivalent to such education - At least 3 years of experience working in a large and complex IT organization - Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English. Additional Merits for the Position - Experience gathering and converting user needs into concrete improvements, in close collaboration with end users and other stakeholders - Experience driving digital business development, including contract management, further development and discontinuation of IT systems, and handling legal IT issues - Experience working with requirements specification, prioritization, and follow-up within the framework of agile or other structured working methods - Solid experience with agile development work Who We're Looking For We are looking for a person with substantial experience and knowledge who can work independently as well as with others.
