We are now looking for an Operational Change Manager whose main assignment will be to establish and operate a professional CAB (Change Approval Board) within a system area. Your main assignment will be to prepare for the establishment of a CAB and then implement and operate it in a professional manner. This includes: - Clarifying the approval process for production deployment - Ensuring adequate templates, checklists, and meeting formats for the CAB - Training in the process - Implementing and operating regular CAB meetings with stakeholders and decision-makers - Ensuring professional documentation and traceability before and after meetings - First establish the CAB for one system and then gradually expand it to include multiple systems - Continuously develop the process in line with other methodology and process development Who Are You?
