We are a well-sized primary care clinic with approximately 9,400 registered patients of all ages. We have general practitioners, resident physicians, home healthcare services, nurse clinics, and a psychosocial unit serving both children and adults. Work as a psychologist at To Care City involves assessment and treatment of patients within the psychosocial mandate. We work systematically and structurally using CBT, with the goal of always offering our patients the best possible care. Visits can be scheduled as well as shorter, more acute assessment-oriented consultations. With us, you will work in close collaboration with all professions at the clinic, and you will be an important part of the ongoing improvement work and development of the practice. Who are we looking for? We are seeking a licensed psychologist with interest in and experience from working within primary care and the psychosocial mandate. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to view the practice from a holistic perspective, with both the patient and the clinic in focus. You are stable, flexible, and adaptable to different situations, and you collaborate easily. You need to have good communication skills in order to build positive relationships with both patients and colleagues. As a person, you are attentive to our patients' needs, and your approach is professional and humble. It is advantageous if you have experience from and/or interest in working with both children and adults. However, the role primarily involves work with adult patients.
