Job Description
We are looking for an engaged teacher in wood and metal crafts to teach 85%. During the 2026/27 school year, you will primarily teach grades 4-7 in our primary school as well as age-mixed groups from our adapted primary school. However, you need to be certified through grade 9 as it may involve other grade levels in the future.
Together with your work team, you will contribute to developing work methods, routines and approaches that support all students' development. In collaboration with other colleagues at the school, you will also be part of enriching the development work underway under the leadership of school management in collaboration with leading teachers. During the coming school year, the school will enter into long-term and systematic work around teaching development, where you and your colleagues will exchange experiences and develop together.

Qualifications
We are looking for a clear leader in both the classroom and in the collegium who, with warmth and firmness, contributes to Rödabergsskolan's development.
You are a certified teacher for teaching wood and metal crafts.
It is meritorious if you also have certification in visual arts, textile crafts or another subject we may need. It is also meritorious if you have experience teaching in Adapted Primary School.
You are well acquainted with Chapter 3 in LGR 22 and the school's other governing documents and are used to planning and organizing your teaching based on these.
You master digital tools and Swedish in speech and writing.
You are skilled at creating conditions for all students by working with guidance and stimulation at group level combined with extra adaptations for students who need it.
You are curious and continuously evaluate, reflect on and develop your teaching and your profession.
You understand that learning takes place throughout the school day and value collaboration with colleagues where you take shared responsibility for students.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability for the position.
