We are now seeking a specialist physician in psychiatry for Psychiatry Northwest with placement at Sollentuna Psychiatric Clinic. Sollentuna Psychiatric Clinic serves all individuals over 18 years old, registered in the Stockholm region who need psychiatric care at the specialist level. Collegiality, experience sharing, and an open climate are things we place great emphasis on. At the clinic, we are divided into two base teams and one neuropsychiatric assessment team. We offer treatment to patients with affective disorders, anxiety disorders, personality syndromes, and neuropsychiatric functional impairments. We place great emphasis on assessment/diagnosis and evidence-based treatment, offering a broad range of treatment options. Our teams consist of nurses, psychologists, a social worker, a rehabilitation coordinator, and specialist physicians in psychiatry. The teams meet in brief team meetings daily to collaborate on patient care and treatment plans. There are established work methods and routines, while at the same time there are good opportunities to influence how we work at the clinic. We are now looking for you to be part of our team in the role of senior physician. Responsibilities As a specialist physician in psychiatry, you are responsible for psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of our patients. Your responsibilities also include supervising junior physicians and ST physicians. On-call work is primarily part of the organization's intermediate on-call rotation. Furthermore, there is an expectation that you will share your professional knowledge in teamwork with other professional categories. Qualifications Specialist physician in psychiatry with clinical experience in general psychiatric outpatient care. Documented experience in medical/clinical development work is advantageous. We see that as an applicant you are flexible in how you prioritize, plan, and perform your work tasks and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances. You have a developed ability to meet people with varying states of well-being. You enjoy working independently and structuring your workday. You are pleased to share your professional knowledge with other professional categories. We require competent clinical judgment, a professional approach, and the ability to collaborate. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Terms The position is a permanent employment where a probationary period may be applied.
