Working Hours The position is an operational shift-based role where work is scheduled in 12-hour shifts. The work schedule also includes work every other weekend. The Analysis Department monitors, analyzes, and evaluates developments in healthcare, dental care, and social services. A cornerstone of the National Board's analytical work is gathering information through survey questionnaires, where the agency's survey support group provides methodological and expert support for the agency's data collection and analyses. We actively work to reduce respondents' reporting burden, which means we also help identify alternative data sources when available. We now need to strengthen our statistical expertise and are therefore expanding our team.
