About the Role As an Operational Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily operational management of our Alarm Center. You serve as a natural point of contact for operators, customers, partners, and internal functions and ensure that operations are conducted efficiently, structurally, and according to established routines and quality requirements. You have an important role in creating the right conditions for the team to succeed. This includes ensuring correct staffing and competence, providing support in daily work, and identifying improvement areas. You will work closely with both operational activities and the organization's management, where you together with the Department Manager and other leading functions contribute to developing processes, work methods, and quality. Your Main Responsibilities As an Operational Team Leader, you are responsible for: Ensuring daily operational management and that the right operator is in the right place, with the right authorizations, training, and conditions. Leading, supporting, and coaching operators in daily work. Being a clear and confident leader who creates structure, engagement, and job satisfaction in the team. Maintaining ongoing contact and collaboration with customers, partners, and other collaborators. Ensuring that routines, instructions, and processes are current and followed. Actively working with quality monitoring, objective management, and continuous improvement work. Identifying development areas and together with the Department Manager and other leading functions drive improvements forward. Contributing to the development of the operation's processes, routines, and work methods. Collaborating with alarm customers, operations management, and other internal and external stakeholders. Handling administrative tasks related to operations, staffing, and follow-up. Being an important link between operational activities and the organization's management. Working Hours The position is an operational shift-based role where work is scheduled in 12-hour shifts. The work schedule also includes work every other weekend. The working hours require flexibility and the ability to work in a structured manner even during longer shifts. A service-oriented approach and an ability to create and maintain good relationships. Being structured, thorough, and administratively strong. Being self-motivated and responsible with good prioritization skills. Stress resilience and the ability to stay calm even when the pace is high. Good communication skills and comfort with many points of contact. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Comfort working both operationally close to the team and strategically with management and other key figures. Meritorious It is meritious if you have: Experience with quality monitoring and objective management. Experience with administrative work related to operations and personnel. Leadership training or other relevant training. Experience from the security, alarm, or surveillance industry. Experience developing and implementing routines and work processes.
