Investigator, Dental Care and Oral Health

We're looking for an investigator who wants to support and develop dental care at the system level together with us. About the role As an investigator, you will work on several different assignments and projects. We work in project form, and you will collaborate with experienced colleagues on the unit and within other units at the agency. In certain assignments, you will also lead projects. In our assignments, we follow a project model with customary tasks. The assignments can involve mappings and analyses as well as implementations and support for implementation. Depending on the assignment, there may be collaboration with external experts, conducting business dialogues, performing interviews and workshops, compiling literature reviews, and providing support for implementation. The role also includes communicating and presenting results and representing the agency in relevant contexts. You may also serve as a spokesperson on certain issues where you actively participate and present knowledge materials at conferences and webinars. The position is placed in the Close Care unit and the Development of Healthcare and Dental Care at System Level department. Here we contribute to a comprehensive and coordinated development by supporting healthcare and dental care decision-makers on strategically important system-level issues. We work close to our target groups and are responsible for driving forward, supporting, and coordinating the agency's work in dental care and oral health. About you As an investigator, you need to be structured, proactive, flexible, and self-directed. You are responsible in your role and work toward set goals and timelines. You collaborate well, and your strong communication skills create good relationships both internally and externally. In the recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We're looking for someone who has: - An academic degree in dentistry, oral health, medicine, or equivalent that the agency deems relevant - At least 3 years of experience in qualified investigative work - At least 3 years of experience working in clinical practice - Good knowledge of MS Office and similar programs - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is a merit if you have: - A doctorate in a relevant field - Several years of experience leading complex projects - Experience in change management - Experience in qualified investigative and follow-up work - Experience in implementation work - Several years of experience working at a government agency or regional administration or equivalent that the agency deems relevant - Experience with national or international assignments Good to know The employment is permanent on a full-time basis with a six-month probationary period.
