You are attentive and curious, while being able to be clear about the scope of the assignment. You have the ability to build trust, develop relationships, and see people's resources and possibilities. You also need to be initiative-taking, flexible, and solution-focused. Since the Communities continue to develop their working methods, you need to be able to try new things, think creatively, and contribute to solutions when there are no ready-made answers.
