About the Role and Your Responsibilities Your work is guided by the needs of the individuals. A workday may consist of providing support and assistance with personal care, care work, medical interventions delegated by a nurse, and anything else the person you support needs help with. Documentation is done in Lifecare. Your role also includes contributing to the development of the operation and maintaining good quality. Within home care, you work either day shifts or evening shifts only. Working hours are typically between 07:00–15:30 and 14:00–23:00. The work involves working every other weekend. We offer a full-time position (100%), which corresponds to 36 hours and 20 minutes per week. With us, you have the opportunity to work in different roles. As a permanent care contact, you have special responsibility for your service users. You develop and follow up on implementation plans. Our staff is organized in small teams where 2–3 permanent care contacts, together with a floating staff member, are responsible for a group of service users. Work is conducted in close collaboration, and when needed, floating staff members support other service users outside their own group. As a resource, you work flexibly across the areas within the four-unit group: Torn, Norra fäladen, Väster team 1, and Väster team 2. You step in where the need is greatest and bring security, warmth, and care to people who truly need it.
