About the Role and Responsibilities We're seeking a pedagogical coordinator for one of our units within Daily Activities in Lund, where you will drive the pedagogical work forward in close collaboration with the unit manager and other staff members. The role includes, on behalf of the unit manager: Responsibility for developing pedagogy and methodology Ensuring and supervising the unit's work with communication support Documentation and follow-up Supervision and follow-up in work with social documentation and implementation plans Training staff in direct user-focused work and at user meetings and APT. Good knowledge and experience with low-arousal approaches. Ability to communicate well in both spoken and written Swedish. Good knowledge of current documentation tools.
