Building Permits and Environment In the Building Permits and Environment department, we share responsibility for managing the region's building permit cases and work together for the environment on Gotland. At the Department of Technology and Infrastructure Development's MEX and Project Division, we manage some of Region Gotland's largest infrastructure and investment projects. We are responsible for land and development matters and implement development projects as well as construction, land, and infrastructure projects that develop infrastructure and the public environment on behalf of other departments within Region Gotland. Water is our most essential resource, and Gotland's water supply is an important and timely issue. The Planning and Development Unit is part of the Water and Waste Department. The Water and Waste Department works on development, renewal, and operation of our facilities such as water sources, water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pipeline networks, landfills, and recycling centers. Occupational Therapist
We are seeking an occupational therapist for the rehabilitation unit at the hospital with placement on two care wards: A geriatric ward with five beds, focused on rehabilitation, and a surgical ward with approximately 24 beds. The geriatric ward specializes in patients over 65 years of age who need geriatric care or continued rehabilitation. We work in teams on the ward. The Department for Regional Development is responsible for regional planning, management, governance and monitoring with a focus on socially, environmentally and economically sustainable development. In the heart of Visby, our operations are located – residential care facility at Fältgatan 77 and dementia care facility at Fältgatan 75. Here, nursing assistants, residential care assistants, and nurses work together to provide safe and personalized care around the clock, with a physician on-site once a week. The work team has broad experience and close collaboration. Fältgatan 77 has 27 apartments distributed across three floors, with one unit adapted for individuals with dementia.
