The woman has Parkinson's disease, uses a wheelchair, and has communication difficulties. Assistive devices are available on site. As a personal assistant, you help contribute to a safe, meaningful, and functioning everyday life. The work involves being a support in both daily routines and in the things that make life more enjoyable. Work Responsibilities As a personal assistant, you provide support based on the individual's needs and wishes. On Gotland, there are several specialized residential facilities distributed across six locations. We who work here have the mission to help elderly individuals around the clock with various services to create conditions for a meaningful and dignified life. With the user at the center, we work with individual care plans based on our values: trust, care, and participation. Syrengården is a dementia care home centrally located in Roma, approximately two miles from Visby. The facility has 19 places distributed on two floors. Here there is a large garden with walking paths, a pavilion, and proximity to forest. Syrengården is certified according to Silviahemmets care philosophy. At our facility, nursing assistants, residential assistants, nurses, unit manager, and rehabilitation staff work closely together. Now we are looking for new nursing assistants who want to become part of our team! HIR stands for the Hushållningssällskapet's individual advisory services – through personal guidance, we optimize farmers' production. About the Position Are you attracted to an advisory role that requires both teamwork and strong personal drive? As a crop production advisor at HS Gotland, you work closely with farmers and provide guidance throughout the growing season. The role includes both fieldwork and office work, where you support customers with questions including crop planning, cultivation strategies, weeds, pests, and crop protection products. You conduct field consultations, write advisory letters, and offer guidance within Greppa Näringen. The position also includes assisting customers with CAP applications and other EU support, as well as participating in field walks and customer meetings. As an advisor, you are an important support for farmers in their decisions and planning for sustainable and profitable crop production.
