Common patient groups are children with infections, kidney or heart problems. At the acute clinic for children and young people, we receive children and adolescents with acute medical, orthopedic and surgical diseases and injuries. The operation is open 24/7 and the pace varies from day to day. Within specialized pediatrics 95 E, highly specialized investigations and treatments are carried out within our day care flow. We are a committed and multidisciplinary team with the sick child and family at the center. Our work is characterized by collaboration, knowledge exchange and an open climate where we support each other. Patient safety, professional conduct and continuous development are natural parts of everyday life. Your Assignment As a nurse, you will work either on acute care ward 95 E or at the acute clinic for children and young people. The ward currently has 17 patient beds on weekdays and 12 beds on weekends. These are treated with targeted radiation therapy and/or chemotherapy/immunotherapy.
