The operation is centrally located in Luthagen and has provided elderly care for 100 years in an idea-driven format. The elderly care home has 29 care places.

As a nurse, you are responsible for leading and coordinating medical care and nursing. You will provide assessments and guidance to care staff.
You are a good team player as we highly value teamwork between care/kitchen staff - nurses and rehabilitation personnel. Experience in palliative care or geriatrics is a merit.
The operation has a regular nurse on-site during daytime Monday - Sunday. On weekdays, you work together with a nursing colleague. Some weekend duty during daytime is included.
Employment level: part-time 80%.
Care staff have delegation for medication distribution. The operation employs a coordinator (care coordinator), personnel manager, and IT/facilities manager. Care staff are responsible for nursing work. There is an employed laundry/textile manager and cleaning staff.
We have our own kitchen with cooks and serving staff where food is prepared from scratch. Adding a golden touch to everyday care is something we value. We arrange daily activities, preferably accompanied by good food and beverages.
