With us at Nora Short-Term Care and Linné Elderly Living, you'll work close to our residents and become part of a team that supports one another. Here we develop our services together – and we hope you want to be part of it!
We're recruiting registered nurses for Linné and Nora, two services located in the same building. Linné is a care and housing facility with 40 apartments on two floors, offering both somatic and dementia care. Nora is a short-term care facility specializing in dementia care with 20 beds. The facilities are located in Sävja, about 3 miles south of Uppsala, in a calm, nature-filled environment with good transportation access.
The team at Nora and Linné consists of six registered nurses, with three at Nora (one of whom is a resource nurse) and two at Linné. The team also includes two occupational therapists, two physiotherapists, and nursing assistants. Together we create close and well-functioning collaboration.
You will work day shifts from 07:00-16:00, and weekend duty is included every sixth weekend.

Description of Work Tasks
As a registered nurse, you work close to residents in a role with varied tasks. You combine clinical work with active engagement in quality and development work. With us, you have the opportunity to make an impact – both through your daily work and in ongoing improvement efforts in close collaboration with committed colleagues.
Your work tasks include:
• assessing and planning healthcare needs and evaluating treatment results
• supervising and delegating tasks to nursing assistants
• participating in team collaboration regarding residents, for example regarding nutrition, oral health, and fall risk assessments
Qualifications
We're looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse. To succeed in this role, you need:
• strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• good documentation skills
• good computer skills
Meritorious
• experience working with elderly people and age-related diseases
As a person, you are flexible and adapt easily to changed circumstances. You see possibilities in change and can quickly adjust both your perspective and your work approach. You work in a structured way with focus on goals and results. At the same time, you have a good ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt your work according to needs.
Further, you have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive and flexible manner. You are communicative, listen actively, and help resolve situations in a constructive way. You are confident in your professional role and make decisions even in challenging situations, with good judgment even under time pressure.
