Digitalization Strategist

Lindsberg Municipality is embarking on an exciting development journey. In the municipality, we work with everything from care and welfare to water and sewage; and digitalization is a key to strengthening quality, accessibility, and legal certainty in everything we do. Now we are looking for a digitalization strategist who wants to be a central force in digitalization efforts. The role is new and gives you the opportunity to influence the direction of our digital development, from idea to real benefit for residents, employees, managers, and elected officials. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a digitalization strategist, you have a central role in driving and developing the municipality's digital work. You function as a link between operations, technology, and management, and ensure that our digital solutions are based on real needs, are user-friendly, and stand the test of time. In the role, you lead digitalization initiatives from idea to implementation and further development. This means that you capture needs in the organization, conduct preliminary studies, prepare decision-making materials, and drive the work forward in close cooperation with colleagues, the IT department, and external parties. You follow up and develop solutions over time, with a focus on benefit, quality, and legal certainty. The Municipal Director's management group has worked during the spring to develop a digitalization strategy that will be presented to the Municipal Board in August. Part of the strategy is to implement portfolio management for municipality-wide digitalization initiatives. The strategy and portfolio management will be the framework for your work. You also have an important role in supporting the organization in change and implementation work. By creating understanding, engagement, and participation, you contribute to ensuring that new working methods and solutions are actually used and make a difference in everyday work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who wants to work needs-oriented and who is driven by creating solutions that make real impact. You have the ability to understand the organization's challenges and convert them into sustainable and user-friendly digital solutions. At the same time, you have a holistic perspective and can navigate complex contexts where different interests need to be balanced. You are confident in leading processes and creating consensus, even when perspectives differ. Through your way of communicating and collaborating, you build trust and bring others along in change. You thrive in a role where you both get to think strategically and work operationally. To succeed in the role, you have relevant higher education, for example in IT, digitalization, or project management, or equivalent experience. You have previous experience leading projects or development work and have a good understanding of change processes. You also have knowledge of laws and regulations related to digitalization, for example GDPR. It is meritorious if you have experience from public sector operations and if you have previously worked with digital implementation or change management. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent. Trade union representatives can be reached via the municipality's switchboard, phone 0581-810 00. We only accept applications via Offentliga jobb. We decline contact with recruiters and staffing/recruitment companies. Lindsberg is characterized by positive and strong future confidence. We invest for the future and want to grow. Childcare Provider at Pilkrog Preschool

Pilkrog Preschool is located 15 km east of Lindesberg with forest as our nearest neighbor. The preschool is operated by Pilkrog Free School's economic association, whose board is the governing authority for both the preschool and school. We are politically and religiously independent and prioritize the safety and security of the children. We do this, among other things, by budgeting for many adults in our activities. We are an association that does not conduct any form of profit-driven business. The preschool is currently housed under one roof, which makes collaboration between the child groups easier. In the same building there is also a dining hall and kitchen, where our cooks prepare highly appreciated homemade meals. In the kitchen, we prioritize locally produced ingredients as much as possible, along with close contact with the children. The preschool consists of three child groups. One for older children ages 4-5 years and two groups for younger children ages 1-3 years. We have one preschool teacher in each group as well as childcare providers for each group. The preschool currently has 35 children enrolled. As a childcare provider, you will work together with your colleagues with responsibility for one of the groups while also collaborating across the entire preschool. The preschool's nearest neighbor is the forest and nature, which makes it possible to spend a lot of time outdoors with the children. The school facilities also include a small gymnasium that the preschool has access to. Directly outside the preschool is the play yard with swings and climbing structures, several small play cottages and sandbox, among other things. As an employee, you will have the opportunity to be part of a staff team that helps each other and works toward shared understanding regarding the children. Together—staff, principal, board, and parents—we work to provide quality care and education with the children's best interests in focus. We are now seeking you, a trained childcare provider, for a position at approximately 60% with a start date in August 2026. We are looking for someone with childcare training and experience working with groups of younger children. You have an approach where the child's perspective is present, and you have knowledge of child development. You enjoy working together with other adults. And you are driven and have a strong imagination and creativity. If you have any questions or concerns about the position or about us at Pilkrog, please feel free to contact the preschool principal Maria Meldemo.
