Pimpinellagatan is a group living facility with specialized services (BmSS) located in Angered. We have eight residents living in their own apartments in a two-story house. At Pimpinellagatan, support needs vary and may include ADHD, autism, and autism spectrum diagnoses combined with other difficulties such as severe self-injurious behavior and suicide risk, comorbid conditions, personality disorders, and learning difficulties. We work to support our residents in their daily lives based on their individual needs and wishes. We are looking for someone with a degree from the Care and Service Program, support assistant training, or Children and Recreation Program with a focus on social or pedagogical work. The education requirement is also met if you have post-secondary specialization in the disability field encompassing at least 200 vocational school credits, 120 university credits, or a combination equaling at least four full-time semesters of study. Alternatively, 60 university credits and at least two years of experience working with support and services for people with disabilities. The education should include relevant credits in behavioral science, pedagogy, psychology, or social work. It is strongly desired that you have a 2-year vocational college education as a treatment assistant/social pedagogue or university education as a social worker. To take on this role, you also need at least 2 years of documented experience working with the target group of mental disabilities and learning difficulties, as well as experience working with mental health issues, severe self-injurious behavior, and suicide risk.
