Your Role as Maintenance Manager The Station Department works within the voltage range 0.4–400 kV and is responsible for maintenance, projects, and troubleshooting in switchgear, control facilities, and other electrical equipment. As Maintenance Manager, you will have an important role in both driving smaller projects and renovations as well as planning and coordinating maintenance and service in our own facilities. Ensure quality and safety through field inspections, safety walks, and monitoring of occupational health and safety routines. Work closely with the operations center, technicians, contractors, and internal functions to optimize planning and progress. Assume the role of Bas-P and appoint Bas-U during construction and civil works, and where necessary, establish an occupational health and safety plan. Work according to the company's self-inspection program for electrical installations and ensure correct competence and roles in the assignment. Appoint electrical safety leaders and determine method selection according to ESA together with them. Contribute to technical development by participating in various improvement and development projects. Work is largely conducted from the office, but an important part of the assignment is being present at our facilities and caring for them through long-term, quality, and conscientious maintenance. Day trips are therefore a natural part of the role. Requirements Specification As a Maintenance Manager within our own maintenance operations, you are the technician group's most important support in daily work throughout the electricity grid. Leadership is a central part of the role, so we are looking for someone with a coaching, solution-oriented, and communicative working style.
