About the position Humlan Preschool is a cozy parent cooperative located in a peaceful area approximately a 10-minute walk from Sollentuna center. Humlan is a small-scale preschool where we prioritize children's safety and development. Here, each child has the space to develop at their own pace and according to their own needs. This is a full-time position (100%), and we are seeking a qualified, certified preschool teacher. In your role as a preschool teacher, you will lead our Nyckelpigan department with the younger group of children. We appreciate a clear child-centered perspective and a passion for pedagogical work with children. We value creativity, the ability to follow children's thoughts, and place great importance on your personality. We are looking for someone who is responsible, takes initiative, and has strong collaborative skills. In your position, you will, together with your colleagues, lead the pedagogical work and be responsible for developing the activities in accordance with the established goals and guidelines. What we offer In a wooden villa with white wooden details in Hästhagen in Tureberg, Humlan Preschool operates as a well-functioning parent cooperative since 1986. The preschool is led by a director who also works closely in the activities as a preschool teacher, which is made possible by engaged parents who contribute to administration, board work, ongoing property and grounds maintenance, etc. The preschool consists of two departments with children ages 1–6 years, approximately 30 children in total. At Humlan, you will become part of a pleasant and engaged team that continuously develops methods to create a stimulating and nurturing environment for the children. More about the position This is a permanent full-time position. A collective agreement is in place. The position is intended to start in March. As a cooperative, parent involvement is particularly important since parents participate in the preschool and children's daily activities through various contributions and board work—all to ensure the preschool runs smoothly and children's time here is as rewarding as possible.
