About the Operations: Kårsta Lindholmens principal's area consists of Gustav Vasaskolan, Kårsta School, Kårsta Preschool, and Lindholmens Preschool. The schools serve preschool through grade 6. In a stimulating environment, well-educated and engaged teachers and staff work within school, after-school, and preschool with a focus on children's and students' well-being, abilities, and knowledge development. Together we work to ensure that children and students have a good work environment. We offer varied instruction with a balance between digital learning and outdoor education combined with humor and joy, where nature nearby provides the best conditions for physical activity and recovery. Responsibilities: Gustav Vasaskolan, with approximately 200 students, is looking for you to contribute with great commitment and interest to creating a safe, dynamic, and meaningful learning environment for our students throughout the school day. You will plan, implement, and evaluate activities based on national goals and guidelines together with your colleagues. During the school day, you will be part of our F-6 team, and in the afternoon, you will work in one of our after-school program units. You have knowledge of Lgr22, particularly chapters 1, 2, and 4, so that through good planning skills and solution-focused thinking, you can actively conduct leisure-time pedagogical instruction together with your work team. With your professional approach and your competence in working in a structured and organized manner, you will support and motivate students at school. Your strong ability to build sustainable relationships makes you an important person for both students and guardians. Qualifications: Trained childcare worker. Knowledge of how digitalization contributes to school development and understanding of the ongoing transformation that digitalization entails. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Personal Qualities: You work toward results, demonstrate reliability, and take responsibility for planning and follow-up of your work. You strengthen relationships by helping others, collaborating, following rules and processes, and sharing information. You develop, improve, seek solutions, learning, and knowledge on your own initiative. You are the link, provide service, show loyalty internally and externally, and monitor the wider context.
