About the role You are responsible for the entire controlling and finance function within Bergkvist Siljan, from forestry and raw material supply to industrial production and sales. The role is clearly close to operations and involves a large element of operational, hands-on work within controlling, while you lead and develop the finance and accounting team. A central part of the task is to translate operational data into business insights and actively contribute to decisions that develop the business. You work close to the organization and are an important partner to the business managers. You will be the main contact person for everything related to finance and controlling between the Swedish organization and the group's headquarters. You are also responsible for external relations within finance, such as auditors, banks and advisors.
