Now we're looking for a prototype technician who wants to work closely with engineers and be a key person in the development of our prototype and pre-series cars. About the role As a Prototype Technician, you will work on building, modifying, maintaining and repairing our prototype and pre-series cars. You ensure that the vehicles are safe, roadworthy and representative for development, testing and demonstration. The work takes place close to engineers and test teams, where you are an important link between design and real drivable product. Main responsibilities Vehicle assembly & modifications: Assemble and modify prototype vehicles according to engineering instructions, build specifications and change notes. Install and remove prototype components. Support rapid configuration changes between test runs or events. Diagnostics, repair & maintenance Perform mechanical, electrical and electronic diagnostics on prototype vehicles. Identify root causes of problems and take corrective action in collaboration with engineers. Perform planned and unplanned maintenance to keep test vehicles in safe and roadworthy condition. Test support: Prepare vehicles for track, road, rig and laboratory testing Support test activities on site (track days, durability testing, customer demonstrations), including rapid repairs and adjustment changes. Install and remove data collection systems, sensors and logging equipment as needed. Documentation & feedback: Document all work completed in build and maintenance documentation. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for test issues. Clearly report faults, observations and improvement suggestions to engineers and lead technicians. About the company Denmark's Only Hypercar Founded in 2007 by two passionate car enthusiasts. The name Zenvo comes from the combination of our two founders' names. Built on the picturesque Danish island of Zealand, one hour south of Copenhagen, Zenvo has been producing artisan hypercars for over 15 years. Danish By Design Chief designer Christian Brandt and his team take inspiration from the rich history of Danish design, thanks to the principles of masters like Arne Jacobsen that focus on the use of negative space. Individuality Completed in 2008, our first prototype would become the Zenvo ST1, a supercharged and turbocharged car that today sits proudly at the factory in Præstø where it was built.
